1. The house

This site is published by Studio CALICOOLA for information about our cloth, prints, and studio visits. Listing a piece in the gallery is not a standing offer to sell until the studio confirms availability, price, and timing in writing.

2. Using the site

You may browse for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our photographs, prints, or writing without prior written consent. Marks, drawings, and garment images remain the property of Studio CALICOOLA.

3. Enquiries and commissions

An email or Instagram message is a request, not a contract. A commission or purchase is formed only when both you and the studio agree the piece, price, timeline, and delivery in a separate confirmation. Small runs mean a listed look may no longer be available.

4. Appointments

Studio visits are by appointment. We may reschedule or cancel a visit if needed and will write to the address you give us.

5. Accuracy

We take care with colour, copy, and photographs. Screens differ. Prints on cloth may vary slightly from images on this site. If something is material to your decision, ask the studio before you commit.

6. Liability

This website is provided as a gallery and studio notice. To the extent permitted by law, Studio CALICOOLA is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, delay in reply, or unavailability of a listed piece. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
