Studio CALICOOLA runs this website. For privacy questions, use the contact page or email studiocalicoola@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you write to studiocalicoola@gmail.com or message us on Instagram, we receive the details you send. We do not require an account to browse the gallery. This static site does not run a customer login or payment checkout.

If you email or telephone the studio, we keep the details needed to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a visit or commission.

3. How we use it

• To answer enquiries about pieces, commissions, and appointments
• To keep a record of a conversation you started with the house
• To improve how the studio is run, in a limited and practical way

We do not sell your details. We do not use your messages to send marketing unless you ask us to stay in touch.

4. Sharing

We share information only with people who need it to run the studio (for example, a garment or studio colleague handling your request), or if the law requires it. The site was developed by Ezar Endea-vour-rs; they do not receive your email or Instagram messages through this page.

5. Cookies and hosting

This site is built as ordinary HTML. We do not set advertising cookies. If you open the site through a host, that host may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and uptime.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to complete your request and any related studio record, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of work.

7. Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. Write to studiocalicoola@gmail.com. You may also have rights under the law of your country; this notice does not limit those rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
